We want your order to arrive in perfect time for the holidays! Here’s what you can expect when shopping with us:

📦 Processing Time

All orders are handmade and carefully packaged. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your item ships. Personalized or custom designs may take an additional 1–2 days.

🌎 Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Available — delivery times vary by location

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow it right to your door!

🎁 Holiday Orders

To ensure your ornaments arrive before Christmas, please place your order by December 18th (U.S.) or December 1st (international).

Return & Refund Policy

 

1. Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your ornament purchase, you may return the item for a refund or store credit under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of the date you received the item.

  • The ornament must be returned in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • Returns must be shipped back to us and received in our warehouse no later than 30 days from receipt (or other specific timeframe.

  • The original shipping cost is non‐refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

  • If you accepted a prepaid return label provided by us, we may deduct the label/shipping cost from your refund, unless we made an error.

2. Store Credit Option

If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund. In some cases we may cover return shipping if you choose store credit (specify if applicable).

3. Exclusions & Special Cases

  • Personalized or custom ornaments (e.g., with names, special dates, custom artwork) are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  • Items marked “All Sales Final”, clearance stock, or seasonal/holiday-specific items may not be returnable.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. If that is not possible, we may issue store credit.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your ornament arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photo evidence. We will reimburse return shipping (or provide a prepaid label), and will either send you a replacement or issue a refund/store credit, at our discretion.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our Customer Service team at Support@homedecorunboxed.com

  • Provide your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.

  • We will issue you a Return Authorization (RMA/RA) number and instructions for shipping.

  • Clearly mark the package with the RMA number, ship it back to the address provided, and keep your shipping/tracking receipt.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund/store credit and process it within, 5–10 business days.

6. Holiday & Seasonal Considerations

Because ornaments are holiday/seasonal items, we may adjust the cut-off dates for returns after the holiday season ends. Returns for seasonal items must still meet the “unused condition and original packaging” requirement. 7. Contact & Support
